Verify
Completion claims are tested against the actual result. We open the deliverable, exercise its important paths, compare it with the agreed requirements, and record what did not land. Evidence matters more than a confident status report. If a critical requirement fails, the work remains open until it is corrected or plainly documented.
Launch
Launch is the controlled transition from internal work to real use. We confirm the customer path, operational ownership, supporting information, and practical readiness before putting the result where people can reach it. The objective is a dependable beginning with clear responsibilities, not a dramatic release followed by confusion.
Improve
Real use reveals what planning cannot. We review feedback, performance, friction, and changing priorities to determine what deserves another investment of attention. Improvements are chosen deliberately: strengthen what produces value, correct what obstructs it, and remove what no longer serves the outcome. Progress continues without abandoning discipline.
